Fitness Infinity is please to announce that we are the first to offer personal DVD fitness training. That’s right, you actually get your own DVD featuring your personal workouts in a “train while you watch” format.
What exactly is personal DVD fitness training?
Lets begin with the basics. DVD stands for Digital Video Disk. These are small round disks that usually hold movies and are played on DVD players. They are becoming the standard in home entertainment.
We have now combined our advanced training techniques with latest in media technologies. As a client of personal DVD fitness training you get the same customized training program as you would with any of our training services but in complete video format. You simply play the DVD and follow along with the actor. Every concept of the video is based completely on your workout. This includes exercises, sets, circuits, weight, available time and equipment, even the length of rests.
These videos are not mass produced. Each video is individually customized in full, follow along video format. Each DVD is made with high quality, but please remember, it’s not produced by MTV or HBO.
Achieving your fitness goals is the priority of our videos, not the
special effects. We believe, however, that our productions of DVD programs are just as good if not better then most general fitness videos.
Here are just some of the features of our personal DVD programs:
- Ability to choose from different prescribed workouts
- Menu option to view proper form and technique of all exercises on your DVD
- Easy navigation
If you are worried about your personal DVD program becoming unchallenging or boring, don’t. We offer discount service extensions that will allow you to receive a new personal DVD program every month! This option not only adds variety but also prevents you from reaching fitness plateaus that are otherwise likely to happen over time.
The people, who need training the most, believe training doesn’t fit in their schedule.
The procrastinators believe they will start training next week.
The achievers take action now because they know if they wait until next week, their
schedule will be full.

This service will be available on
November 1, 2004.
